Thank you for shopping with GDSolar. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, inventory updates, or unexpected supply chain delays, processing times may be longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

If your address is outside our available shipping area, we may contact you to confirm whether shipping is possible. If we are unable to ship your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, incorrect shipping information, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping applies only under the conditions stated on the website or at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we may provide a tracking number by email when available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

GDSolar is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, loss, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier first.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at lifang9003@gmail.com. We will assist you in reviewing the issue, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and product immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged package, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

9. Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the estimated time frame, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate.

If the product is unavailable or cannot be shipped, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
