Thank you for shopping at GDSolar. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled for purchases made through gdsolar.com.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, parts, labels, and proof of purchase included.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used, installed, modified, damaged, or repaired by the customer.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- All included accessories, components, manuals, and parts must be returned.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification
- Products missing original packaging, parts, accessories, or manuals
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards or digital products, if any
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the product packaging
- A brief description of the problem
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair solution, or other appropriate resolution.
5. Solar Lighting Performance Notice
Solar lighting performance may vary depending on sunlight exposure, installation location, installation angle, weather, season, charging time, battery condition, and surrounding environment.
Reduced brightness, shorter lighting time, or charging issues caused by insufficient sunlight, blocked solar panels, improper installation, extreme weather, or normal battery aging may not be considered a product defect.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
